What are our fees?
We will list your home for 5 1/2%. Usually, a full service brokerage charges 6% to sell your home. 3% to the listing brokerage and 3% to the selling brokerage. Our fee is less! 2 1/2% to Shiner Real Estate and 3% to the selling brokerage. In addition, if your home is sold in house, the commission will be discounted to 5%. A very substantial savings to you!

Is there a catch? Yes, one thing.
Because our fees are already so low, we do have a minimum fee of $3000. So on homes less than $150,000 my minimum fee will apply. On homes over $150,000 it will be 2 1/2%.
